I’m still new to Parcel Panel but so far I’ve had a good response to my request for support. Donna was very helpful.
I use DSers to import products from AliExpress to my Shopify store. They also enable me to map my products to suppliers. Great app. And they have great customer service too. In fact, I just had a chat with Aurora who was very professional and knowledgeable. She helped me resolve my issues and made it look real easy. She was very courteous too. I will definitely recommend them to other sellers. Thanks Aurora. Thanks DSers.
