There are very few apps I have found that offer such a good combination of utility, fair pricing, and great customer service. This tool has been incredibly useful to us and we really appreciate the ability to get support when needed (big shoutout to Jandy and Ana. If you have any sort of confusion from your customers on what to buy you definitely need to check out this tool to help them make decisions with confidence.

Loox reviews is pretty easy to use and has been designed well to do exactly what it says. It has brought in many reviews since we started using it and the best part is once it is set up it requires virtually no thought on my part.
The app works okay, however it requires me to manually refresh the data in order for an order to be placed. If I miss that a customer ordered a printful item it never starts the order. If someone orders a printful item I would prefer it to automatically submit the order to printful and get production started.

Hi there, Thank you for your review! Usually, orders from Shopify are automatically imported to Printful and you shouldn't have to refresh the store data every time. This app does a great job of letting you export things however you need to to keep up with tracking the performance of your business.
