Omi has been a wonderful addition to our store. The team is truly second to none and has become an extension of our own. We're incredibly grateful for their patience, collaboration, and commitment to building a solution tailored to our unique business needs. From the beginning, we challenged the team to create an AI experience that felt natural and intuitive for our customers, with a focus on serving as a gifting consultant rather than a traditional AI chatbot. They took that vision and delivered something that feels truly bespoke to our brand. We evaluated nearly every AI solution on the market, and choosing the right partner was not an easy decision. Ultimately, Omi's size and hands-on approach became one of its greatest differentiators. Unlike what we experienced with other vendors, we weren't passed off to a different team after the sales process. The same people who took the time to understand our business from day one are the ones working alongside us on daily optimizations. What continues to impress us is how proactive the team is. They consistently go above and beyond to identify inconsistencies, flag opportunities, and recommend ways to enhance the customer experience. It's clear that they are genuinely invested in our success. We're incredibly pleased with our decision to partner with Omi and look forward to continuing to evolve and grow together.
Our business has 3 stores each connected to a different warehouse in different countries, and Orbe solved our problem of how to link them all together for a unified customer experience. We use their pop up, dropdown menu, and hreflang tools. Their customer support is also excellent - extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

This app has been incredibly helpful in setting up specific shipping conditions for us. There's so much more that I'm sure we can do with it, but haven't tried yet. We will! 5 stars especially for their awesome tech support!
