I really like this app because it lets me respond immediately to my customers, and to keep track of our conversations. It has led to many custom sales and customers are assured of my attention to their questions or concerns right away. Great app!

I was able to contact a real person, and Felix was of great help in solving my problem. He was thorough, walked me through troubleshooting everything that may have caused it, and resolved the issue. Everything is back up and running smoothly and I'm very grateful for Felix's efficient and friendly expertise!

I was so excited to be able to add this section to my store, so that customers could add extra related items to their cart right from the product pages! I fumbled a little when setting it up, but Daniel responded quickly and offered simple walk-through solutions for me, so I was able to get it up and running smoothly. I love that there are so many other sections that are available, and am looking forward to adding more to my store!

I have a 2.6% sign up rate with the EcomSend Pop Up email popups, from people visiting my site, so it's working. I'm not sure what is average or what to expect, but I'm happy with this, and that it has generated several sales.
