If I could give zero stars I would. I have a brand that has been in business for 5 years. I need to improve my email marketing. I was excited to try omnisend after I saw a pitch from the founders and thought it would be a great product. I tried to install/migrate to shopify. I immediately had an error that said, due to unusual activity your account has been suspended. I tried using chat help and answered their questions about my business. I never heard back from them. Now I contacted them a month later and they said they would not support my business and the decision is final. No reason, no explanation, just a rude rejection. Garbage!

As an email service provider, we have compliance requirements in place to protect our sending infrastructure and maintain deliverability for all clients using the platform. I have only just installed this app, so I don't have a long-term perspective. What I can say is that the chat support is awesome! Everything looks great so far! I recently changed themes and the app wouldn't work. I started a chat and Jackson had the issue fixed in five minutes! Great response and service.
