Fantastic system that does everything we need it to do... it's incredibly high-functioning without being over-complicated. The support is amazing. We've paired it with Logistified, and with the Claude MCP it's really making things super easy, and really accurate!!! Loving it.
I'm so impressed... this system leaves others in the dust, and the support is impeccable! We've paired it with Assemblified, and together with Claude MCP it's addressing all our needs and giving us far more accurate info than we could ever try to get out of Unleashed!!! Plus it was SO EASY to integrate!!! was up and running in days, not weeks or months!
So good!!! A fantastic and versatile app that will help us improve our products and customer experience, and allow us to understand our customers better!
We've had our teething issues, but the support team is always very responsive and helpful to resolve things. The system works and doesn't give us too many issues so we are happy with it.

I am the CTO of Appstle. I am sorry you had less than stellar experience with us. Regarding your recent issue about payment link expiration, it was brought to our attention for the first time. Hence we weren't aware of the expiration time. It has been asked by other Shopify app partner members as well in the community. https://community.shopify.com/c/shopify-apps/about-the-cause-of-the-expiration-of-the-link-button-in-the/td-p/2118565. As for the response delays I am trying to get to the bottom of the issue. At Appstle, we take customer support very seriously and strive to provide hands-on 24x7 support - 365 days. I will ensure the hiccups you saw in the past won't happen again. I apologize again for the inconvenience.

Truly an awful system that we have nothing but issues with. There is always some limitation or issue to face.. nothing is straight-forward or easy. Customers can never update the subscriptions themselves and often email me stating they have tried so many times to change something and they give up. I will be changing to another system as soon as I possibly can!
