I just installed, got a rule set up, had questions. Support was fast and very attentive. I made a couple of mistakes and they helped me fix it. Trying to block some fraudsters so I'm hopeful this app will do what I need.

I've been selling online for almost 20 years; I've had my share of heartache being targeted by scammers. Chargeflow just won a HUGE chargeback for me. The scammer groomed me by following through perfectly will 2 smaller sales, then went for a $1100 sale, WOW! (that was a first). I must say, I think this is the very first chargeback at that level I have ever won. They fought a few other chargebacks for me that I lost, but that was my mistake of not seeing some problems (no charge for them to fight them, they only charge a percentage if I win)--I didn't catch the key things that set me up for the loss on those. But this big one, I did more correctly, and they won. And what's wonderful? I did NOTHING! no filling out forms, no grappling with faxes, etc.--chargeback came in, they did everything immediately. Lastly, they are always available within one minute to chat if I ever have questions. VERY professional people. Use them! Save yourself TONS of time and headaches.

Support is EXCELLENT, thank you--fast (immediate chat box) and knowledgeable. The app seems to be working pretty well also. I'm happy to be using the service.

I've just started using exportfeed in the last couple of months. I'm very impressed with their customer support: timely, helpful, and creative. They were very willing to support and help me with their app. as I'm trying to expand my store platforms. I purchased it for FB shop and Bonanza. As has been stated previously, the Bonanza interface is not available now, however, this is the first FB shop feed that I've used that wasn't nightmarish--the last two erased my current FB shop, put in a new in instead with click out--not what I wanted--this app. will put your products right into an existing store on FB and not touch anything there. YAY! I can't speak to the other platforms, but for the one I'm using it seems quite intuitive and it will make it easy for me to keep my store inventory updated as it should--most importantly, my customers can check out on FB--which is very important whereas they are waiving selling fees over there for a few month. Good app; easy to use, and great customer service from the team!

I have been working with Wholesale2B for almost 2 years now. I've had their Amazon sync program, presently their ebay sync Program, and newly their Shopify sync program. And without a shadow of a doubt, without them I NEVER would have become a large presence with good profits in Ecommerce Online Retail. Here is what I LOVE about wholesale2b: *1. They offer inventory sync programs that load products in very quickly (thousands) and keeps the inventory synced to warehouses with products of your choice--every 4 hours update or even manual when you put items in your lists. This saves me hours if not weeks of my time (I'm deploying almost 10K product to our various shops through their service). *2 I choose my mark up: there are niches of products I have found there that work well on various platforms. I flush out at medium 20% profit on each sale using their inventory feeds and lists. *3 If you wish to use them to fulfill (place order/upload tracing)--its streamlined to do so; or, you can reach out to wholesalers, set up your account with them but still use their app to sell, fulfill yourself-(they provide the contact information for you to do that if you wish) -they are fine with it (I like that flexibility). *4 Any software or online work is not without hiccups, bumps, or flaws. So any issues I have, there is a ticket support system--there are 4 key people who answer questions and fix problem in 4-24 hours. I can count on that. They are very respectful and always willing to help you, teach you, or fix things on their end if needed. *5. They are connected to 95 warehouses and offer over a million products from which you create your own lists and then click to push---100's of products at a time. I LOVE IT! Pick the right products with the right margin of increase and you DO sell--some products work better on certain sites though. They are improving their software all the time. I installed this app last weekend for the trial period. I was a little confused how it all worked so I sent a message to Support. Andrea returned message quickly and answered many questions. He even pushed 2 updates to my app to help me do what I needed to do. And most of all: THE APP DOES WHAT IT SAYS IT WILL DO! I am pleased; the price does not break the monthly bank. Give it a go if you have thousands of products updating daily--it really does keeps the pesky out of stock off important pages. A++++!
