just installed it and the user interface seems pretty convenient , the onboarding team has been pretty helpful will definitely check in 3-4 months in it to update my review ! So far so good :)

The app is a bit technical but the customer support from the team is good & hands on however, I would definitely recommend some changes/upgradation - The automation WhatsApp chat should show in the dashboard so the WhatsApp data/contact details of customers would be collected much more conveniently - It should be easier for a customer to give submit review (love this feature on Zoko. You guys should definitely check it out) -
