I placed an order on 29th March, and by 8th April, there was no progress whatsoever. Not a single update. After repeatedly chasing their so‑called support team — and waiting absurd lengths of time for even the most basic reply — I was finally told my order would be processed in three more days. Processed, not shipped. Meaning the actual delivery timeline is anyone’s guess. This is not just poor service — it is unacceptable, unreliable, and deeply damaging for any business relying on timely fulfilment. The staff show zero urgency, zero accountability, and zero interest in their customers. I’ve now requested a cancellation and a full refund, though based on their behaviour so far, I’m not holding out much hope. This experience has been frankly appalling and serves as a clear warning: avoid this company if you value your business.

There is not enough praise in the world the I could write to explain how this company is an absolute dream. From the platform to the products . To the customer support (Ashley is amazing) instant replies and no issue is to big or small . I received the best advice from Ashley with bringing my business forward and lay the platform now for the long term . The shipping is the best I have ever encountered. And don’t even start me on the packing , the care and attention to details is absolutely top tier , BEAUTIFUL, own branding. No other company offers this kind of incredible details. There is NO OTHER company or platform that I will use for my business (and trust me I have tried so many).
