I absolutely LOVE this app. It has saved me so many headaches in terms of my shipping needs. It's easy to install, and Cara is just excellent with her customer service. I've found very few vendors offering the kind of customer service Cara offers with her apps. I really like this app. It gives me the ability to offer product information in video form without hogging screen real estate. And to confirm what was written in other reviews, the support staff was amazing. SendOwl has been a godsend for me. I sell PDF ebooks and the only practical way to protect them is with PDF stamping. SendOwl quickly and easily stamps these ebooks (some as large as 70 MB) with the customer's name and order info for easy tracking. SendOwl also allows me to provide download of my audiobooks and videos to my customers, too. Working with George Palmer is an absolute delight, too.
