Love this app. Makes my life so much easier when adding new products and getting my SKU's in check. So many platforms in our stack fail if we forget to add a SKU - not a worry with Easyscan. Also had product feedback last week and by this week they had launched a new feature solving it. Can't ask for more than that. Top marks

We have just switched from Gorgias. Been watching the roadmap for over a year whilst trying to take the leap of faith to switch and when I saw the speed of development vs Gorgias it became a no brainer. The AI is light years ahead and the dev work going into this tool is so much faster. Price as well, not comparable. CS wins Excited to see the future of the platform and to truly leverage AI to reduce stress on myself and the team. Enjoying the helpful support as well!

Fantastic. A service that excels where others fail. We moved toe Zenstores completely by chance recently after EasyShip and ShipStation couldn't do the service we needed. Not only did Zenstores save the day, but they massively exceeded our expectations and now we have a swift solution that more than covers our needs and saves us time. Lovely interface to use as well, unlike Shipstation that looks like the UI was designed in 1982
Very good experience working with UpNova. From our first call I have been really happy with the support from the team. They set me up with my first two offers and have assisted in optimising these now that they are live. I had a technical limitation/conflict with another app which Son resolved for me in about 1-2 days which is very good customer service! The app with the conflict wouldn't support me, so I am doubly impressed I have seen approx 10% increase in AOV and we will be further adding offers to the app shortly. Looking forward to further optimising the app
