Awful. A total 'Bait and Switch' scheme. My trial period enabled me to generate as many discounts as I wanted, hassle free. The day that I paid for a subscription, they required that you go through an unorganized and overcomplicated process to generate codes. Customer support is all over the place. There are better options, please explore further.

The customer service is incredible! I just downloaded the free plan, and they spent close to an hour going back and forth with me about how to get this installed. They helped me troubleshoot. The help was live from the moment I contacted them. Highly, highly recommended!

I installed this app to produce gift cards in bulk, and Jack from the support team was incredibly fast and friendly — really appreciated his help. Some apps charge an extra fee per gift card, but this one doesn’t, which is a big plus. I’ll definitely keep using it!

I really like the Vify Gift Card app – it's super easy to use and does exactly what I need. The best part, though, is the support. Pete is always around to help out, and he's not just helpful, he's also really kind and funny. It makes the whole experience way better. Definitely recommend it!
I had a small issue getting the cards to display right, but I spoke with Pete through the support chat. He was able to diagnose and fix my issue very efficiently. Excellent app definitely reccomend using Vify.
The tech staff is very accommodating and quick to help to truly customize to my needs. Literally responded and changed things I requested in minutes! It has a few limitations- such as you can't send the gift card via text, but with the help of the team there, they really made it work! I love that I can offer different images for the buyer to choose from. The email that is sent is a little less than beautiful, but making it work. There might be another product out there with cleaner interface, but on my website it looks good and for the price- it's good deal and the people are nice to work with. Would recommend-- been using for a few months now with no issues.

Ich habe die APP am Samstag Abend installiert und versucht einzurichten. Leider habe ich es nicht ganz ohne Hilfe geschafft. Ich habe dem Support geschrieben und war mehr als überrascht, dass sich Pete vom Support mitten in der Nacht gemedet hat und mein Problem innerhalb von einer halben Stunde gefixed hat. Der Service ist genial und Pete sehr freundlich und mehr als kompetent. Danke für alles. Sehr zu empfehlen.

I was so frustrated at first, but it was me. I was the problem LOL Settings matter, and Pete was fantastic at helping me diagnose and resolve the settings issue and get things running smoothly. They were very patient and knowledgeable and really went the extra mile to make sure I was making the most of the app. Now I love ViFy and I know my customers will too.
Pete was amazing with support!!! I am so glad I came across this app. I've been looking for one like this for years. This is app is for gift cards for your ecommerce store. The app is smooth and easy to work with. I needed some assistance for the first time and on the weekend, I got Pete and he showed me how the app work. He stayed on meet.google with me for hours. He is so patient and knows the app very well. I'm so glad I spoke with him. I will recommend this app to other ecommerce owners.. Thanks Pete!!!

We used other gift card apps before, which were a lot more expensive. We changed to Vify app and it is great value for money: So easy to install and set up different card designs. Also very responsive support when we had an issue: Tracy responded fast and was immediately able to tell us what might have caused the issue. Thanks! can only recommend Vify Gift Card app!
We've been using VIFY for almost 2 years and it's simply the best. First you get beautiful gift cards...and second the support is beyond fabulous. We want our spa gift cards to look gorgeous and they do.

So after checking out several gift card apps, we narrowed the list down to two, so for one month our customers could access both Gift Card pro and Vifys Gift card app via diffferent buttons on the site. Both apps had cosmetic issues that we needed help with styling via CSS and impeded the use of creating gift cards, or other display issues on Mobile. The Vify team was the most responsive when it comes to support. Even though GCP had a stylish interface, our customers want quality features "that work". Vify does that for us and more. Looking forward to seeing if they can help us with some of the additional nuances our customers look for.

Liam and Jack were very helpful in organising a bulk gift card drop, which is a great feature of this app, allowing you to upload a csv file of the cards you wish to issue.

I had some issues and I did not understand some Shopify limits. Vify has fabulous customer support- always responds right away and helps me out. It's a great team and a big plus, a team with a sense of humor. Love this app!

This app has been exactly what I was looking for. It was a rocky start because my theme was causing problems but the team (Jack + Pete) were amazing and wen't as far as fixing the code on my theme to enable this app to work... and they did it really fast! I was under a strict deadline and they got it working perfectly! Customer for life here :)
This app has worked great for us for a quirky use case. We hand out corporate gift cards to our employees as they earn company "dollars" towards merchandise and apparel. Vify gives us the ability to keep track of used and unused amounts of these company dollars as we reload their gift cards 2x a year. This time we had a few issues due to some changes in how we wanted to do things the the Vify Customer support was awesome. Ethan was there for me every step of the way to make sure it was working exactly how I needed it to. Thanks Ehtan!
Soweit sehr zufrieden. Sehr schneller Support. Wir mussten ein paar Dinge erst anpassen, um die App richtig zu integrieren. An sich haben wir jetzt aber sehr viel mehr Optionen als was Shopify selber anbietet.

Support was good, but the app stopped working after a few months with no resolution or explanation
The Vify team has been excellent to work with. Their customer service is great, including their response time for inquiries. We are successfully up-and-running using their app, and sales are rolling in.
Updated review May 6, 2024 (15 months later). I discovered today that my gift cards were no longer showing the custom options that I put on them over a year ago. After exchanging messages with support, I discovered that at some point, the ability to add these options was moved from the free plan (the only plan available when I got the app) to a paid plan. I was never informed that I'd need to start paying 9.99 per month to keep these options, and instead the features just stopped working. So for *how long*, I have no idea, my pages have just had blank squares where gift card images should be. It just feels like a bait and switch. I have a lot of time invested in creating these and at no point was I informed that the features I was using and building would one day be under the paid umbrella. I understand that companies must make money, and with the additional features of paid plans I may have one day upgraded. But to TAKE A MAJOR FEATURE away is pretty terrible service. I am on the search for something else as I no longer feel this is trustworthy. Previous review February 2023: In just the days I have had this I have seen improvements in the capabilities of this app—the support is very responsive to the questions and requests I have made, and I love that I can create multiple gift cards with different designs for events and occasions. There was one thing I couldn't work out and I set them up as collaborator to fix it and by the next morning it was fixed. By all means, look up my website to see how good the gift cards look. It has been easy to set up and had a query today which was answered quickly and helped me step by step even though I was not sure about what I had to do. Would highly recommend.
I love this app so far. Using it to launch digital gift cards and Vify makes the gift cards and delivery much more user-friendly for both us to manage and the customer who receives them. Previously I had setup the gift cards natively through Shopify, and while I could have done everything Vify does, it would have required a lot of custom work and time. Vify makes it all happen much quicker and with less stress.
