The customer support is truly 5 stars. I have struggled getting it all setup and they are always available via email and we even did a phone call to walk through my issues.
I'm having the same issues as everyone else, the old app worked great. This new one is a pain. Every 1 order the counter goes up by 2. I have to reset it everyday. And it keeps flipping randomly throughout the day. Disappointed, I've had the counter for a year now and never had issues until now.
