Satisfied so far, when I have problems Yotpo support (Anne) Helped me every step of the way to finally solve the problem within just a week! 2nd Review (17th May 2021) Had an issue with my shopify theme not showing the customer reviews after changing themes couple months back. After asking Shopify Support Agent ( Ed ), The problem was fixed really quickly and even went above my expectations with additional features! Thank you very much Ed for your prompt and great service! 3rd Customer service experience. Don was very helpful with my questions, helped me figure out the problem and fix it within 5 mins, thank you!
