Die App ist super. Es ist verrückt, mit wie wenig Aufwand man einen riesigen Hebel im Shop erzielen kann: kinderleichte Auswertung der Retourengründe einzelner Varianten über das Dashboard, Produkte können nun auch umgetauscht werden, die Kunden/innen haben nun eine extrem viel bessere Customer Journey durch das Label als QR Code. Auch die Retourenabwicklung im Lager sollte jetzt schneller sein. Außerdem kinderleichte Einrichtung und super Support!
