All the people I spoke with (Hazel, Mila, Sienna, Chloe, Courtney) helped me promptly. Comparing to other tools we used, you get mostly the same for way less cost. I would really recommend this tool for early stage startups looking for something easy and fast to implement.

We are an e-commerce startup and do not have resources to build a BI from scratch. I found Polar in the App store and all it took to get a full BI was to connect the data sources via few clicks. We wanted to add CAC per country, which was not in Polar, so I reached out to the customer support. I was invited to a call with Abby and Charbel and they figured out a way to do it right on the call.
