The application is really easy to setup compared to other solutions we have tried. UX is great and lot of documentation to make the experience easier. Plus Crisp team is really reactive and friendly :)

The install was quick and easy, and I had some help from Prakash and Esther, the support from livechat is lightning fast :)
The app is easy to use, fits perfectly our needs and the support is top notch, we had a really fast answer to a technical adjustment we wanted to make. Definitely would recommend.
The app does the job for us, we had way too many requests about our sold out products, now it will save us some time. Support is very reactive too.
