Crap customer service. Their mobile version is buggy by default (titles and images overflowing) and you have to ask them at least 3 times and wait several days before they actually make some changes. Real waste of time. Go check other apps like "Product Page Upsell Popup ‑MBL" (same app with high quality customer service). We're really sorry that our services didn't turn our as expected. As per the given case, all the required customizations were done and please understand it does take time to make customer specific changes.
