Uninstalled because I experienced the most unhelpful customer service of any app I’ve worked with. I was excited by the features and screenshots offered on Rebuy’s Shopify page. I didn’t want to achieve anything complicated but I just needed some help to position the app in the right position on the product page (it's automatic detection didn't work) and to ensure it appears in the same way as an example screenshot shown on their site. Perhaps I was wrong to hope one of your team members might be kind enough to help me - by requesting permission to my store - but instead I was given short replies and sent a link to a help guide (which I cannot understand, unfortunately). A great pity as I had hoped this would be a great solution.

Without doubt, Reviews.io is the best reviews partner a brand could wish for. Our business is new and small (for now) and yet I've just been treated like a rockstar to have my site further optimised and looking awesome with their software. Review.io is both slick in design and functionality. Their team's attention to detail to ensure our site is maximising conversion opportunities is phenomenal and I'm genuinely excited to see the results in the coming months. I'm one extremely satisfied customer.

Exactly the app we needed for merchandising. Did try using another before this one and it didn't match the functionality you get here. Top work guys - keep it up!

What can I say other than the team behind Trtle Upsell are true professionals, gleaming with talent. They worked so fast on a few styling requests and I'm tremendously happy with the functionality of the app. Best out there.

Wow. What can I say other than the team behind Zoorix are true professionals, gleaming with talent. They worked so fast on a few styling requests and I'm tremendously happy with the functionality of the app. Best out there.

I searched extensively for a suitable product add-on app and without a doubt I have made the right choice here. Salman is a top guy who replies to my e-mails at lightening speed and has made many custom edits so the app can suit my site. Nothing is too much for him and I'm blown away by his friendliness and his skill. Thanks again!
