Great app, has been the perfect pre-order and back in stock app for our needs. :) Support is always extremely helpful with fixing things and answering my questions!~
They reached out to me and worked out a custom priced plan with me that worked with my needs, I really appreciated the help. I sell on different channels that shouldn't be counted towards the order count for pricing, so I really appreciated that they worked with me on that to make it work.

Hi Pawsonify, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, and we apologize for the inconvenient experience. We rolled out some feature improvements for the app recently, and during the brief testing period, the features were limited to Shopify sellers in Canada. It is now available in the US and Canada. We're sorry for the issue it caused. Hope you'll give us another chance. We'll reach out to make sure you don't have any other concerns.

Thank you for following up! === OLD REVIEW === I really really love this app, but recently something happened and it's just not working anymore. :( Our team depended on this app for a lot of our internal spreadsheets for forecasting inventory. I reached out about my issue and the solution I was given was to reconnect my Google account, which I did, and that didn't fix it. I even manually removed the permissions in my Google Account, reinstalled the app, and nothing is working. It's actually missing features after I reinstalled it. I'm really not sure what happened. Please fix this app! I haven't received a reply in a week beyond the initial "reconnect your Google account" response I received.
Material Inventory is a simple and powerful way for companies to manage their supplies, production, and inventory. Because of this app, our company buys the right amount of supplies at the right times, more effectively prioritizes our production, and helps us understand how much we are spending to make our final products. All this is neatly integrated with our shopify store. I tried a few different inventory management apps from big companies, but Materials Inventory was the easiest to implement and understand, and the email support is outstanding. Our team got extremely tired of keeping track of exchanges, so we decided to try out this app and it's been great! Really love how automated everything is and how easy it is to track all of our exchanges in one place. :) The support team has been extremely helpful whenever I have a question as well! 10/10 would recommend if you deal with returns/exchanges on a daily basis. We sell pet accessories, so customers frequently choose the wrong size, so we deal with that lol
