I was hesitant to use a chat because we already had WhatsApp. However, in just a few months, Tidio has really made a huge difference in our conversion rate, The chatbots are great and our customers love the idea to talk to an agent. We are very happy to have Tidio. It has been a great investment, and the customer service is great!

We acquired this app because Google Shopping is evolving and our old tagging became obsolete. We don't have the technical expertise to use the new G4 Tag from Google. Buying the App was a great investment, not only for the results but also for the amazing technical support that we received from Radi. He was extremely helpful and available.
