Easy Tag ‑ GTM & Data Layer

You had clearly stated that the cost was a one-off payment of $350. Now it’s $99 a month!?!?!

I purchased this app for two separate Shopify stores under the original one-time lifetime licence model. I paid a substantial upfront fee for both stores because the app was advertised as a one-time purchase. I recently came back to use the app and discovered that my lifetime licences are effectively worthless. To continue using the app, I'm now expected to pay around US$99 per month despite already paying for lifetime licences. Changing your pricing model is one thing, but abandoning customers who supported your app early is another. Most reputable software companies grandfather existing customers onto a legacy plan or provide a fair upgrade path. This app does neither. I feel completely let down as an early customer. I certainly wouldn't trust the licensing terms again.

The app works perfectly, all data is correctly sent to the data layer, even on the checkout and thank you pages. It has one of the best customer support services we've found.

I spent 349 dollars on an app that promised a one-time price, and now I find myself paying 100 dollars a month to continue using the service. It's a scam! I want my 349 dollars back! I will report the incident to the competent authorities having proof with screenshots and videos of the one-off payment from when I signed up for the subscription

App doesn't work. I followed instruction carefully and then tested the website using Google Tag Assistant and the site failed the Google Tag Assistant test. I manually entered the Google Tag and only then did my site pass the Google Tag Assistant test.

This plugin saved my life. I can now collect all the data I need in GA4 and Google Ads. Their support could help me when I needed their help. I really recommand their app.

It was the best decision I could make to interface google tag manager with my Shopify store. Apart from its straightforward installation, it has pre-installed many events for google analytics 4 and other tools like hotjar,klaviyo,google ads conversion tracking etc. The service part was excellent as we had to do three live sessions to see if everything was fine in the tag manager and create whatever you needed from the beginning. They were always willing and quick for any clarification. Now all the tags are working perfectly fine. Thank you very much,

This app has literally everything you need. Google Ads tracking, dynamic remarketing, GA4 ecommerce tracking and more. Super happy to download it, and highly recommended. Plus super fast and helpful customer support.

Excellent plug-in, which allows the installation of the main tags for Google Tag Manager with related DataLayers, among there all those related to Google Analytics 4. The support is extraordinary! In our case at the first difficulty we contacted support by email and they responded within minutes.. For a more complicated problem Radi made himself available for a call on Zoom and within less than an hour we were able to solve the problem. Radi not only solved the problem but also came to meet specific requests due to the particularity of our e-commerce. They really exceeded all of our expectations and were most gracious, highly recommended app!

Everything works as it should! The final GTM configuration, tests with Google Ads for sending events, and Google Analytics 4 done during the ZOOM online meeting with the screen sharing function. Thanks for great support, great tool!

The app is not worth the price at all. Its very high for one time fee and here is why, When i pay 149$ i expect Live support or even an instant reply. I've send an email from yesterday yet there is no reply. Even the lowest cost apps which cost 10$ will reply faster than this. Now another part of the problem is there is no guide at all on how you can setup the code, when i want to install the tags, it show we need to add an ID which is something is not telling you on where to get or how, I just setup the tags without an ID and here comes the problem. They are not working and i have to remove them all but there is no option to re do the process. its one time and if you missed up then you have to hire someone who is expert to remove the code and re fix everything from scratch. To bad i've wasted 149$

The app solves you in few minutes what you will need few weeks to configurate, also because the skills of Radi are crazy , in the meanwhile you see numbers and tags , he sees the code decodified .

Great app and great support! I had a small parameter problem ; they answered my support email in less than a few hours, arranged an appointment for a day later and solved it with me in less than 20 min. They were really professional as they could explained me in details why I did not properly setup my tags. They even had a check on the others tags to see if the rest works properly.
