Whoa. Uninstalled this immediately. The single page app dashboard has no settings and says: "Cloth AI works in the background. Every time you add a new product to your store, Cloth AI will automatically generate the product metafields, description and title." The dashboard explains how to make a product listing as though you've never done it before, and then apparently it just automatically overwrites your work. There's no setting to determine which listings you might want to target or to revert any changes. I installed this because I wanted something that worked on metafields, but this is apparently not it.
I've previously used a number of dropship supplier apps, and this has been a big improvement. To wit: - Product importing is seamless - It is easy to set different commission rates for different groups of products, and if desired to give different retailers different price lists - Your normal shipping rates are pulled through for Collective orders (rather than some kind of flat rate shipping that doesn't work for all your items, or needing to set individual rates for every product, as in other apps) - Payments proceed automatically into your Shopify funds rather than through some third party payment processor Shopify bringing this in-house rather than making everybody use (and the retailers pay for) clunky outside apps is a tremendous efficiency for those who want to dropship or supply dropshippers.
Amazing level of service! Not so much an app as "an app plus a guy who knows everything and doesn't seem to sleep". Phenomenal service.
Suddenly stopped working, leaving the front page of my site displaying several big gray empty squares that don't link to anything. I had to just hide the whole thing. I've sent several messages with no reply. I also let the team know their demo site is broken as well. Maybe this review will alert someone? (Update: It's been 3 weeks and no one has replied to my emails or this review, but the app is working again. For now!) Thank you for the honest feedback, and we're sorry — both for the app breaking and for not replying to your emails. That was on us. We've since fixed the display issue completely. The feed now loads reliably with placeholder cards while it fetches your posts, so no more blank squares even if your WordPress site is slow to respond. Support is also properly set up now with a 24-hour response time. If you'd like to give it another shot, email me directly at admin@stackedboost.com and I'll personally make sure everything works on your store. — Stackedboost team
UPDATE: I see the app has changed its business model and is no longer doing retargeting. It's now an ad exchange, with an option to pay to show ads instead of installing ads on your own site. So I uploaded an an and set a budget of $5/day, but the ad has not spent anything. No idea what's happening or if this app is functional. ---- It works. Assuming your store actually has visitors to retarget, this works and is simple to use. However, I have not gotten a response to any of my messages to Rontar at all -- not emails, not message sent through the app itself. Zero support. Hence the 4 stars. Thanks for your review and for using our app. We received the only email from you on Sunday, September 4th. We reviewed your campaign statistics and settings and sent you our response with a clarifying question today, on September 5th. We look forward to receiving your reply in order to assist you with your inquiry.
This app saved me about 5000000000 hours of paying a virtual assistant to do tedious tasks. Amazing. The app developers also thought of some oddly useful stuff. I've had this app for a year or more and just noticed the feature where you can upload the same image to a large number of listings at once. So if you want to upload the same size chart to every shirt in your store and have that be the 3rd or last image or whatnot, you can do that very quickly.
This works great. My favorite features are that the product recommendations can scroll sideways through a large number of products, which I felt was important on mobile for customers coming in through an ad to a single product page (if they don't buy that particular product, I'd like to them to see many more suggestions on that same page), and the ability to exclude certain items from recommendations in bulk using tags (so I exclude clearance items – when someone shops the clearance sale, the recommendations below it are for full price items). Does its job, looks nice!
This app works very well to make attractive blog posts that embed products. The SEO popup feature is pretty great. I do wish Shopify did this natively so I didn't have to pay for another app, but this one does the trick.

Please help me understand this. I thought that this was a way to bring new customers into the brand. But now I'm seeing that customers I paid for through Facebook ads have placed their first order through my site -- and a second order through Shop. How was Shop contacting my customer? How would this happen? Is Shop hijacking my customers and encouraging them to bypass my site entirely?
Developer reply ·
Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The Shop app does aim to increase your brand's customer base through our curated collections and transparency with product reviews. It's also our objective to help build your existing customer relationships by allowing customers to track their orders and contact you easily if needed. There are emails sent to the customer from us so they are familiar with the app they have just used as well as for compliance. However, these emails would not be triggered by an order from Facebook. They may have already been using our Shop app for tracking. If that's the case, they may have re-visited your Shop store profile after their Facebook order synced to the app for tracking, and it encouraged another purchase. Any email sent is in place to help support your customers and encourage sales through your store, and its worth is continuously reviewed. If you feel an email has disrupted your orders in any way then please reach out to us with the email's details by starting a support ticket here: https://bit.ly/3NehLrk Thanks, Noreena Shop Support
I have been waiting 9 weeks for responses to my help queries. 9 weeks ago, Nemanja wrote "I'll have the team take a look tomorrow morning (since it's 1 at night in Europe at the moment so they are sleeping)" and a few days after that I wrote "Hi, following up on this?" and my message still says "9w ago. Not seen yet"
Update: I have changed my star rating based on developer reply. My theory is that this app created an issue for me because I am using other apps that also function by making draft carts, and those apps aren't entirely compatible. This can happen when you have a lot of apps running. --- This app does what it promises, but the way it functions is by creating a whole separate cart -- for example, if someone already has items in the cart and then adds a Daily Deal item, the old items will no longer appear in the cart. I think this would work great if the Daily Deal app were basically your whole site, or if you mostly sell single-item orders, but it doesn't work well for us with a large SKU count.

Hello there, Thanks for your message - your feedback is very important to us. I believe there is a misunderstanding here as the app doesn't create a separate cart with your daily deals items - thousands of store owners use our app and never had this issue before. I can see you have been using the app for almost 3 years and we've never received any support email from you. Please reach out to us as we would love to help you resolve this issue and make you whole. Thank you, The Daily Deals Support Team
This does exactly what it's supposed to do! Easy to install, looks good, and has analytics that are easy to read at a glance (conversion rate currently 12.79%!). Amazing customer service / onboarding with Babajide.

I've installed this app on two stores and it's a super affordable and simple way to auto-post products to social media. The team has been responsive to issues, and it looks like more features (such as the ability to exclude certain products from autoposting) are in development. It would also be nice to be able to reorder a queue of future autoposts instead of having it be truly random. One limitation of this type of thing is that Facebook posts that are obviously selling something don't get shown to many people due to the Facebook algorithm, but that's not really something the app can help. The convenience is certainly worth the current price of this app.
This is ridiculously simple and beautiful and functional. No messing with Liquid themes, everything just works.
Onboarding process was very unclear. I was able to be approved and install this, but after about two months I got zero sales. When I asked the team for advice, I got a confusing message about "exclusions" (apparently my ads weren't running on sites selling items in similar categories, which I didn't really care about, but removing the exclusions didn't do anything), and the advice to use more products with animated gifs as the image. I get that animated gifs attract attention, but if everybody started doing that.... Anyway, this just had zero effect for me and I couldn't justify the cost.
