I would like to be able to further customize the block as it appear on the page. it's way too big, after every Shopify update.

Great App and Terrific Support! I use this app to cross-sell products, and it works very well. I like that I can manually choose which products to link from each product page. This makes it much easier for customers to find related accessories, and it has definitely helped increase my order value. The app has been a real money maker for my store. Customer service is also excellent. When I had a configuration request, they responded within minutes, and the change was completed in less than 10 minutes. Very impressive support.

As someone who's built and run many successful Shopify stores in the past 10 years, THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST APPS, and it fills a crucial need for any shop to do what has now become a standard: 'Customers Also Purchased'. Just like the e-commerce giants in the world know (the big "A" billion dollar store we all know), its a must have. This app is a MUST! Our nonprofit has benefited greatly from this app. Period. It has helped us to increase our revenue which all goes back into the charity and helps people in need. In addition to this app making dollars and cents kind of sense to install and use... and it being simple and easy enough to use... when I was curious about something, I reach out to support, and WOW that has been a remarkably wonderful experience -- in addition to the app working great -- their team is kind, smart, human and helpful! The Also Bought app is terrific. We have been using this along with the Frequently Bought Together app (FBT, and together these apps have garnered about 15K in revenue. The support is amazing, a well seasoned, professional, and kind staff who respond and resolve quickly to your service request. We highly recommend the Also Bought (and FBT) apps. You will NOT be disappointed.
Alright, let's skip the fluff. I'm not here to rave about how "awesome" the app is or how "friendly" the support team might be—because, honestly, who cares? What really matters is that the developers clearly put thought into this. They didn’t cut corners. This app focuses on one thing and nails it: an Also Bought Together widget that actually works. It delivers real results, not just some fake AI random product shuffle crap like other apps do, this one fits seamlessly into your site’s theme, and is good to go in just a few minutes. That’s the stuff that counts—not a bunch of flowery words or glowing support reviews. Seriously, amazing job! This app is the gold standard. To all the other apps—take notes!
Great app, it is easy to integrate it in your theme, it elevates the customer experience by displaying well chosen products and if you have any issue at all - their support team is available in the live chat and they take care of your issues very quickly. I srongly recommend this app.

Super easy to add manual recommendations. Just wish I could add those recommendations in bulk when making them for the same product but in a different print.
UPDATE: After reading my review the development team went to work in a few days and fixed a major issue we were having with Pre-order products being recommended. They have fixed the issue and it is functioning properly now. The proper labels are being displayed to customers now so there is no way of them missing that the product is a pre-order. Thanks for fixing this.
What is good: - The Also Bought block looks nice in our store (both in web and mobile version). - Relatively easy to install and configure. - Support team is there to respond. What is not so good: - You can configure recommended products manually, but for 1 product at a time. There is no option to do that for a collection. And also you can't duplicate already created manual recommendation and assign it to another product, which would make the process faster. You can either do it for the whole list of your products (including cart) via global recommendations. Or for each product 1 by 1. If you a have lot of SKU in your store, then it's quite a lot of work. - Another thing is that we wanted to configure certain recommendations for the cart page. But it's not possible yet. - As mentioned by others, statistics shows the number of products sold via the app, but doesn't specify which ones. So it's kind of useless to be fare. You can enable tracking, but you will have a note in a packing slip which says "also bought clicked" and you will have to remove that note manually from each order. That's not an option for us. Overall, I would say it depends on your goal: if you fine with relying on automatic recommendations than you can try it. If you wanted more flexibility, I'm afraid it's not going to be very easy.

Regarding product recommendations, our system currently operates at the product level, meaning that creating manual bundles needs to be done individually for each product. However, if you’re seeking a more automated approach, our app provides filtering options that can recommend products based on same collection, product type, vendor, or tags that might better suit your needs. As for the app stats, our team has already reached out to explain why the actual products aren’t reflected in the built-in stats. This isn’t due to us withholding the data, but rather due to limitations with Shopify. The data we receive is anonymized, and we gather stats via JavaScript calls to our servers. This is the reason why our stats feature serves as a small component within the app, designed mainly to help monitor trends and track overall performance. We also understand your concern about tracking attributes. Unfortunately, this is Shopify-imposed information, and we have limited control over it. These details are never visible to customers, as they are private and intended solely for merchants. If they’re showing up on your packing slips, we suggest contacting your packing slip software provider to exclude this information from the "additional details" section. I've been pretty impressed so far. The app works as it says it should and is quite affordable. The customer service is very responsive and proactive.
I've been using both FBT and Also Bought apps to help with the AOV and boost sales. I've been really happy with the results, it is really easy to set up and manage the apps. And the customer support is always very quick and responsive if you need them.
