Rep AI has been a great solution for our unique support needs, making it easier to assist our customers. The setup was seamless, and our CSM, Gabriela, has been incredibly supportive—always responsive, proactive, and eager to help us refine our chatbot for specific scenarios. We've been pleased with the integration and the results it has delivered.
The support team is great. If you do have an issue, they respond in a very reasonable amount of time and their replies are thoroughly helpful.

We use this app to allow customers to schedule zoom meetings with consultants. it's worked really well for us so far! Any minor issues we've had have been resolved quickly and the customer service has been fantastic (shout out to Rob on the CS team!).
