Wir nutzen die App bei Minink und sind wirklich happy damit. Die Anbindung an Galaxus war unkompliziert und im Alltag läuft alles sehr zuverlässig. Was wir besonders schätzen: Wenn einmal eine Frage auftaucht, bekommt man schnell eine kompetente und vor allem persönliche Antwort. Kein mühsames Hin und Her, sondern direkte Hilfe. Für uns eine richtig gute Lösung und definitiv 5 Sterne wert.
