The Okendo review app is great, it allows for awesome UX which allows our customers to and prospective customers to filter by their unique needs. We're a sexual wellness business so the needs of our customers are unique, personal and sensitive. We appreciate the care and attention the Okendo team takes when working with us to develop the features and our customers derive real value out of being able to filter for their interest, experience level, life stage, medical diagnosis, identity need, or any other specificity. The customer service from Okendo has been great, their team always gets back to us quickly with responses as well.

We've been with a lot of 3PLs, and while Shipmonk is not perfect, our Happiness Engineer (hi Ryan!) is absolutely incredible and makes our jobs so much easier. He is attentive, kind, empathetic and a real problem solver. We would be lost without Ryan!

Our Chatdesk Experts have been super helpful in providing support to our customers during after hours and peak times. We've been really impressed with the quality of their work and how easy it is to set flexible schedules that fit our needs. They're super responsive and will absolutely work closely with you to learn your brand voice and execute customer service the way you need them to.

I have searched everywhere for a quality app that shows repeat purchase data and LTV. This app is amazing and the co-founder took so much time to walk me through it. Absolutely worth the $$!!!

LET ME TELL YOU WHAT PEOPLE. I HAVE BEEN TO HELL AND BACK WITH DAMN REVIEW SOFTWARE. I've tried them ALL and NO ONE has support like Judge.me. Daniel and Annie are STARS I TELL YOU. They just MAKE IT HAPPEN. None of this "let me talk to my colleagues" and then never getting back to you. None of this "oh, that review software will cost you $10,000." The JUDGE.ME TEAM IS CHANGING THE DAMN GAME AND I AM HERE. FOR. IT.
