Wyatt Branch guaranteed us a $100 gift card (which previous employee Yaz Nuri did not send to us) and never received it. He promised an additional $50 for using their app and once set up, he didn't send it again. This app seems like a scam!

Hi Island by Koa Nani Team, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We understand how disappointing it is when expectations aren’t met. That said, we’ve double-checked and can confirm both gift cards were sent as promised. If you’re having trouble locating them, we’re happy to help. Just reach out to us at merchant@shipinsure.io and we’ll make sure everything gets resolved. - The ShipInsure Team
This app is amazing. The support (customer support and developers) is phenomenal. They will go the extra mile to help you with your concerns and make sure to keep their promises. They also listen to customer feedback and try to integrate that into their system. They offer a free boost to optimize the speed to your website which is amazing. But the PRO app is better. Don't worry, if it affects some of your third-party apps. Just make sure you reach out to the team and they will figure out a better option. SEO Image Optimizer and Alt Image as well as the File Name change is a game changer. Hours and hours of work can be fixed with just one click. This app is an all-in-one problem solver. So make sure you explore all their products. Reach out to their customer support to figure out the best way to use this amazing app and what programs work well with your website. Shout out to my customer support, Daisy. Did a really good job helping me out with my website and SEO concerns. Thank you!
This app is useful and easy to integrate with your website. Also, unlike any other apps, the free plan is NOT useless.
