Reluctant Threads

This app is excellent. It is extremely well thought out with lots of ways to customize how it looks built into it - colors, background colors, formatting, etc. Plus you can reorder and the Search with keywords is excellent. I had a very minor issue with using custom CSS to match our site, so I reached out to the developer. She was very quick to respond and fixed it perfectly and followed up to ensure it was correct. Very impressive and highly recommended.

I wasn't happy with the built-in Shopify notifications. Wanted something that I could create that is on-brand. I don't know much code. I bought this app and was able to make it work for me.There is nothing really like this out there at this price. And their customer service is THE BEST bar none. Incredibly responsive and helpful people. I bought this app for all three of our websites. Highly recommended.

The support team at Judge.me is phenomenal. These apps can be tricky sometimes, so it pays to work with an app company that will support you. Everybody I've worked with there over the last several years, for two different sites, has been amazing. Do not hesitate to add this app.

My experience with Eric and this app has been fantastic. He’s incredibly responsive and knows what he’s doing. This app is the best way to improve your organic search results. Plus, Eric followed up to show me that it actually worked several weeks after installation. (Takes a bit of time for Google to find your pages.) Also worth subscribing to his emails. I have this app installed on two different sites and I’m very happy. Worth the investment.
