I’ve never experienced customer support this fast and seamless. Even though I just installed the app, the onboarding has already been the best compared to any other Shopify app I’ve used. From the AI bot to the real humans, everything was smooth and incredibly helpful. A special shoutout to Pearl, who personally guided me step by step and set everything up for me. Truly outstanding support — it made getting started effortless!
I'm upset with the support, I had problems and they took more than 1 week to resolve them, I've had a problem for 2 weeks and until now they haven't helped me, there's no way I can stop my store until the problems are resolved, unfortunately I had more dissatisfaction than joy with this app.
