We recently updated our store theme and installed this app to help our customers customize their orders. We had a small glitch with the customization appearing in the shopping cart. We reached out to tech support and in less than 2 minutes Khushbu responded. She and her team had everything up and running in less than 2 hours. This app is exactly what I was looking for to streamline my ordering process. Bhushan has been amazing. Lol... I'm not sure if he sleeps.
