Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. We noticed you only had the app installed briefly before uninstalling without reaching out to support. Most themes install automatically, though some require a quick manual adjustment — and our team is always happy to assist. Urgency Bear is trusted by over 5,200 Shopify stores and is completely free to use. If you’d like to give it another try, please contact us via support@conversionbear.com — we’d be glad to help get you set up quickly. Best, Conversion Bear team
The Bears are awesome apps and the urgency bear is no different, helpful, easy and fun :)
Doesn't work anymore. Hi there, We are sorry to hear about your experience with Countdown Bear. In some themes - you may need to install the app manually, here is how: https://support.conversionbear.com/en/articles/9272974-how-to-add-trust-badges-bear-to-your-store You can add the Countdown app code manually inside your theme product file. Used to be good but stopped working. The number of items left in stock doesn't change anymore between product variants.
Incredible app and does the job perfectly! Can customise the looks and colour, fonts etc and the customer service team were amazing to help fix a small issue I was having. Would highly recommend 10/10
Had some questions regarding setup and Maria was super helpful and fast in assisting me.
This App is Great and the amazing thing is it is for Free - Top Class and the customer support helped set it up for me on my store, also for Free. How Amazing is That. Excellent.
A very good app. Maria helped me to install and place the timer where I wanted it. xox
Although it is in English, it was easy to set up the features I wanted to use. It's great that it's free.
Great app and customer service. And for free! Really happy.
I had Abuzar helping figure out this app and he was incredibly helpful letting me know every detail I needed to know about the app's capabilities and limitations. He helped thoroughly to make sure that the integration into my theme was smooth and that eeverything showed up professional-looking. I'm very grateful for all the help received here!
Rubbish app. Don't waste your time to use it
Amazing app and does exactly what you need for FREE and their support team is super helpful. Great app, highly recommend!
I am very satisfied. Setup was easy. I can't believe this is free! Thank you.

horrible app. horrible support. does not calculate inventory correctly. Maria from support was extremely rude and unhelpful and quite frankly lazy. There are other apps that do what this app does better - HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND
I got the app and installed it. It did not initially appear in our online store. I requested help and received a response from support in less than 15 minutes. Superb! Thank you, guys! Thank you for the review. Glad that the support team was able to help you with your display issue. Thanks again!
this is the best app to boost your sale in any promotional activity. We highly recommend it. Also the customer support is very help full if you have any issue while setting up the app, they will do it for you. You just need to ask them. Thank you for the review and we appreciate your recommendation of our app to other merchants! Glad to know that you found our support team helpful!
Maria is AMAZING! Extremely helpful and very nice. She was able to log into my website and configured the countdown timer. It looks great! Thank you so much for the 5 star rating! We are so glad to hear that Maria was so helpful and friendly, and that the countdown timer is looking great. We truly appreciate your feedback.
I downloaded this app, hoping to add a countdown on our out-of-stock products to inform our customers when the restocks would be. Unfortunately, the countdown doesn't work on out-of-stock products. The support got back to me super-fast to help when it wasn't showing up. I'm only choosing four stars because the functionality could be better and the fact that it doesn't work on out-of-stock products could have been communicated in the documentation somewhere (or somewhere more obvious, since I spent an hour trying to make it work and couldn't figure it out.) Thank you for the review. Glad to hear that support got back to you quickly. We are always striving to improve the usability and functionality of our app, so we truly appreciate your feedback.
so bad! Thanks for the feedback. The app is being used by over 5200 Shopify stores at the moment. Please note that we make use of an automated function to place the app once enabled in your store. On 98% of themes, that works immediately. Having a 100% coverage is not technically possible. As themes widely vary, in some cases a manual install is required. To support the manual install, we offer both a video and a text guide. The average manual setup time is 2:17 minutes. As per the app deletion - no worries, the app does not inject any code, it is safe to remove. Last note: I believe Urgency Bear is one of the few stock countdown apps in the app store which is entirely free to use. We provide it as a solution for merchants who do want to use its features and are willing to spend the time needed to set it up properly in their theme. We completely understand merchants are busy people as we are business owners ourselves. In case you're struggling with the manual setup, our team is always happy to set the app up for you - free of charge. To complete the integration with your theme, we sent you a collaborator access request - you will find it in your email inbox. For any further assistance, please reach out to our support team directly via support@conversionbear.com or the live chat available inside the app.
Nice product. Easy to use with nice customizable options. Easy to add and its nice to be able to add this only to the products you need to.
Not good for colorblock theme app. Have to edit code and wont look good. A lot of hassle to add something that I thought would be so simple. Thanks for the feedback. Urgency Bear uses an automated placement solution to work out of the box when enabling the app. As there are tens of thousands of possible theme combinations, it won't cover all cases. In case that the automated placement fails, we have an easy and detailed guide to embed the app inside any theme: https://support.apphub.com/en/articles/6269495-how-to-manually-add-product-countdown-timer-to-your-store Still struggling with setup? Our support team will be happy to help with setup, and embed the app for you. Email us directly support@conversionbear.com or reach out to us through our live chat.
Thanks to Shopify Support they recommended the Urgency Bear Countdown Timer for one of our product launches and were glad they did. From downloading the app to asking a couple of questions to Customer Support and then getting back to us immediately the whole process took less than 24-hours. Awesome countdown app and customer support. We recommend Bear Countdown and a rating of 5++!!
I had troubles installing the code and they helped me straight away. Great Service and fast help. Thank you
I own Ferocious Beard Company and each week our Ferocious Fans join me on Youtube and submit custom scents, and I choose 1 to make and put it on the site if it scores an A or B. I make them as limited scents and I use the quantity remaining to show people how many oils, balms & butters remain of that scent so it works perfectly for this concept. I wish that I could use multiple "instances" of this app to also use the countdown feature on other collections, but this is great for a single use function. 5 STARS for this one as it has helped me to streamline my operations.
Beautiful countdown timer with decent amount of customisations. The only thing I'd love to have is a rolling discount period set to X amount of days. Set the start time and after X days reset and start the countdown again.
I like the App but its not possible for us to install it. Could you please help us with the installation? If we try to install there is just an error: site not found Hi there, thanks for letting us know. Could you please email us directly at lynda@conversionbear.com? we will be happy to install and setup the app for you. Looking forward to your email!
I love this super cute, I installed this on my site today, easy to use and I like the colors it doesn't get in the way and the custom count down helps

Thank you very much for your support 🙏
Easy to install, and great customer service. I wish they had an option to add the count down bar in the cart.
The team were really helpful at installing the coding for me, looking forward to getting it up and running.
At first I thought it was another mediocre countdown app... But after the amazing customer service I received I understood that Countdown Bear is a great tool and very serious company that provides to any business highly converting apps!! I ended app adding another app from them! Great apps!
The support is awesome. Had some issues and developer helped in installing this quickly. Would recommend...
A simple and easy-to-use app. But I consulted in chat. The person in charge was very kind and kindly taught me. Thank you very much. ^^
Fantastic app! I was searching for such an app a long time ago. Finally, I managed to create urgency in buying decisions by showing lower inventory. Very easy to use and very fast and friendly customer service. Definitely recommend!
