We use this app to tare and weigh refill products in our store, it's seamless, easy to use and makes checkout so much easier and error-free. Plus the support staff is very responsive and has helped us resolve issues quickly and diligently. First time user of Pickup. I chose this app after I tried another one that I found clunky and difficult to set up. More importantly, Pickup offered a live video assistance and that's what really help me get set up and get going. During the 1-1 video meeting, I worked with Manaz and not only did he patiently walk me through setting up the app with all my delivery/shipping/pickup options, he also proactively helped fix some bugs in the system that he knew about (like something not loading properly on the slide out cart page). Additionally, Manaz gave me a bit more of his time and helped me customize a few small but very important details of the checkout process to make it clear and seamless for my customers. I found Pop Convert quite user-friendly. Options and steps are clearly labeled and intuitive. I've needed simple pop-ups so far (ie. an announcement) but I really like how there's tools/options to do pop ups for specific goals like a promo, coupon, product, etc. I am eager to try them and improve my website's pop-up game!

They really helped meet my need when no other app could and were quick and friendly. I needed a coupon code for my online store with specific parameters that Shopify didn't have, and after installing and tinkling with a couple of other discount/promo apps, which also didn't offer what I needed (plus, charged $$$), I turned to Discount Mixer. They had a live chat and I reached out to them to help me create the specific coupon I wanted, and they worked on it immediately. Their turnaround time was amazing, in less than 24hrs they had already implemented the discount coupon I requested with the correct parameters. If I hadn't found Discount Mixer, I would've had to scrap this promo altogether!
