We recently integrated LoyaltyLion to launch our Rewards & Referrals program, and the onboarding experience was made seamless thanks to Freya’s outstanding support. From day one, Freya was incredibly helpful—guiding us through setup, answering all of our questions promptly, and offering clear explanations tailored to our business needs. She not only made sure we understood the platform’s features but also shared best practices to help us maximize engagement and retention.
