We had a terrible experience recently with the app after using them for more than a year. They have held us ransom to upgrading our plan to access previous month data which we have already paid for. It was excruciating and we had to eventually do as they said as the data required was time sensitive. Their support team blames it on company policies - but what sort of company policy takes away your data which you have already paid for and are still paying them for their current month plan as well? This is extremely unjust, unfair and would cross a line of cheating and holding us ransom. I'm disgusted by their unfair practices and am going to look at actively finding a new application for this.
Had some issues initially with the Turbo Speed Up feature but the team worked hard and put in a lot of efforts to help fix it and actually speed up my site. They put in genuine effort and fixed everything they could to achieve this. Thanks team! Will recommend for sure!

Regarding the increase in loading time, our support team has reached out to explain that the performance drop you observed was due to a poor LCP score rather than the Turbo feature itself. Furthermore, the speed-up process was reverted as soon as you raised concerns, ensuring that our app did not further impact your website’s performance. However, the loading time is still slow, indicating that our app doesn't contribute to this earlier. We’ve also addressed the glitch on your banner as soon as it was reported. Our technical support team confirmed that no changes were made to your live theme from our end at that time, but we took immediate action to resolve the issue. As for the view switch from wide to normal, this was a theme-related issue, not directly linked to our app. We worked on fixing it and have explained this during our recent call. Lastly, we noted that you didn’t mention any further concerns regarding other apps during our conversation. I've been using the app for the last few months now and the app is super easy to use and the metrics analysis given is very useful and comprehendible. Most of all, the support is beyond fantastic! The support team has always helped with any doubts we've had within minutes! So glad to have found this app! Must use!
Great app. Works well and easy to set up. Support is extremely helpful and responds very quickly. Couldn't be happier and wouldn't use a different app for this purpose even if it was free. That's how good this is!
