Terrible customer service. I wanted help with some of the free features, and stated multiple times that I intend to stay in the free plan, and I kept getting forced to upgrade my plan. After asking for help multiple times on the free features, finally I was given a trial of the paid version, even though I stated that I don't want it. They don't listen to their customers and just push the paid plans. The app might be good itself, but this attitude was a complete turn off for me. We’re sorry the conversation left you feeling unheard or pressured to upgrade. Our team’s intention was to explain which features are included in the free plan and which require a paid plan, but we understand that this may not have been communicated clearly. The trial was offered only to give you access to the additional features you were asking about, not to force you into a paid subscription. We respect your decision to remain on the free plan and regret that the interaction created a different impression. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’ll use it to improve how we explain plan limitations and options in the future.

I have been using Appstle for over two years, and it has been reliable and easy to manage. Their customer service is exceptionally helpful, responsive, and patient, which is especially important to me when handling subscriptions and customer issues. I would definitely recommend it!
