Well thought out dispatch portal to combine sales from multi platforms and use multi delivery methods ie FedEx and Aust Post etc. Most setting easily adjustable to tailor to your set up. Also you actually get an Australian based consultant who you can contact to help with set up and any issues along the way. We tried 2 other integrators before Interparcel and they where a nightmare by over promising and under delivering.

Just started, very easy almost automatic set up. Check in from service team checked set up correct, offered help and removed their branding at no extra cost. Very Impressed right of the box.

I am new to Shopify and PH Multi Carrier so the integration of the two was a TOTAL mystery to me. The on line help I received to show me through the process was exceptional. I picked the time of the Zoom meeting and Manohar was polite and very knowledgeable. He was very patience with my ignorance and happy to repeat steps for me and do anything required to ensure my understanding of the integration.
