Julia was amazing from support. Gave me some suggestions and walked me through them. Very helpful and very nice.
I was switching from another upsell type app and had some general technical questions so I setup a zoom call and I was connected with Kriti. Out of the hundreds of calls I have been on in my career with support, she was probably the BEST I have ever dealt with. Knowledgeable, patient, easy to understand and extremely helpful. I was blown away. I would suggest this app on the support alone! Looking forward for this app to help grow my sales.
Nimra was very helpful with setting this up. She even did a live google meet with me which no app ever does. Very excited to have this on my store.
