I was going live with a promotion and I noticed the night before the drop downs were not working as I just upgraded to V2 of the app. The team were straight onto it and resolved it quickly. Always super helpful even when the customer (i.e. me) was in panic mode. Thank you!!

WOW - WOW - WOW – Exceptional Service from Sam! I just have to say, the customer service I received from Sam at Notify Me was outstanding! It’s rare to experience someone so willing to help these days, but Sam went above and beyond to ensure all of my questions were answered and I had everything I needed. Truly the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time! The app itself is also fantastic – intuitive, easy to use, and effective. I’m so impressed with both the service and the product.
