I had questions about my Clay Wholesale pricing and found the responses to be incredibly helpful and very timely. I received help within minutes and he worked hard to figure out my pricing issue and got it solved for me. This a massive difference from my last wholesale app that I spent hours with and who didn't offer any real help. Clay has been the best app decision for my wholesale business!!

DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! Terrible customer service and NOT made for US market. Messed up my whole site. I was told by the developer that fixing US was not a priority. Save yourself the hassle!!

The EasyScan team has been exceptionally responsive to my requests. They always respond right away with helpful information through phone calls, video chats, or email. I was led through set up on a video call which was so helpful. I also received a very prompt solution to a new Avery template for my barcode. They input it right away. They have been great!
