Very pleased with the support given to help support me in learning to reconcile the new paypal setup. Jam was patient, clear and very helpful in removing and redoing lines and reconfiguring it for me. The process was smooth and working well since.

Setup instructions were thorough and easy to follow and the app worked straight away! Once it was all set up (less than 5 minutes), I contacted support with an additional question using their chat, and was answered quickly and confidently. I already love this app a lot more than I thought I would and apparently there's lots more features coming soon too...

Amazed at the expert assistance - prompt and efficient and even answered questions I didn't know to ask. A pleasure to work with. Offered remote assistance, billing advice and walked through various features of the app that were not immediately obvious. Quite a well developed app, with lots of options with well thought-out features that scale for growing businesses.

The free version works well, great app that connects well to MyPost Business. Local post office staff have also been really helpful with packaging options.
