Love the customer service! The company I work for just launched a new website on Shopify, and I have been tasked with fixing all the bugs we've had. I tested 4–5 different apps and finally decided to use this one. As an all-in-one app within the Shopify ecosystem, it is honestly hard to find a real alternative. The setup is very easy, and you can create delivery zones using both postal codes and the map. The app covers our needs more than enough. The pricing is also very reasonable compared to other apps, where we were paying much more. The support team listens patiently and provides professional help. Overall, it is a strong and reliable application, and I definitely recommend trying it.Thanks

This is my first time using Shopify, and I have no coding experience, but the support team made everything incredibly easy. Kumar was outstanding very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He handled all the coding work for me and resolved my issues right away. The app itself is very user-friendly and straightforward to use. A truly incredible experience. I had installed multiple apps in an effort to simply provide in-store pickup from our local vendors and I had so many frustrations and couldn't believe some of the monthly rates. I was about to give up and then I found Local delivery + Pickup - SE. I'm not all that savvy at the back end and their support team was a dream to work with, helping me setup the app and navigate the customer experience on my website. Don't waste your time with any others -- this is the only app I've found that will list store pickup locations without tracking inventory and the only support team that won't make you feel confused and abandoned. Thank you for all of your help, Team!

Amazed at the expert assistance - prompt and efficient and even answered questions I didn't know to ask. A pleasure to work with. Offered remote assistance, billing advice and walked through various features of the app that were not immediately obvious. Quite a well developed app, with lots of options with well thought-out features that scale for growing businesses.
We were looking for local delivery system for our shopify based ecommerce store. We are having one the oldest and most loved bakery in indore, India. And we want to serve our customer to get there fresh cake on mobile within a click. Scroll engine provided exact solution what we want for our store. And regarding support. Wow they're available in one click through chat or call even in whatsapp. Through the scrollengine we have taken our store to next level through the local delivery feature.
I've been using this app, and it's been a great experience. It runs smoothly without any glitches, and the support team is always available and helpful when needed. The monthly pricing is fair and affordable. Really personally I like the support team support .

Sharma took personalized care for our brands and ensured we had everything we need. Their app is highly customizable so you will be sure to receive all the features you need if you use this app. We originally need to show custom message for each local delivery zone that we have, we tried almost all the local delivery apps around and no one could do it except for ScrollEngine! They are unlike developers in their field they are very well skilled, organized, clean and make features that actually looks works and feels professional despite their resemblance to other similar yet less comprehensive teams. Other than that they are very reasonably priced while delivering exceptional value, for our highly customizable features it only took us $300 to implement and it took them 3 days, and since I am busy I relied alot on Kumar to show me how to do many things over video call and he was always very responsive, it was well worth the money and subscription! I hope everyone can give them a try at the very least Thank you Scroll Engine!
When my local delivery services I was using decided to jump my fees by 2 X I had to look into a solution. I was able to find 3 contract drivers very easily, who had experience working in other 3rd party apps. I looked a few of the other routing softwares and decided to chat with scrollengine. Right away they were hands on and helping to configure. We have a bit of a complex setup, and they were able to jump on Google Meet discussions to get our full requirements, and set to task. From wholesale local deliveries to subscription customers all the items were discussed. I would recommend this team for anyone in need of a local delivery and routing solution. They are very good and very open to suggestions and updates.

Only 1 month in, and so far the App has been the perfect solution to our shop's very complex business model. We've had to use a lot of customer support to ensure it works for us, and Abhishek has been more than helpful and kind. I've tried multiple other Local Pick Up / Delivery Apps and none have come close to working, and at a fair price, and with our older Theme on Shopify.
We've been using the Local Delivery app for the last two months, and it has been a game-changer for our operations. This app has significantly reduced the number of calls our sales team receives about delivery updates, allowing them to focus more on core sales activities. I just installed the app five minutes ago and I already like it. Had some difficulties setting things up support was available at 10:30 PM and jumped on a call right away to assist me with the setup up so far it looks the app is exactly what I need and I highly recommended.

Sharma helped me extensively with setting up the app in my store. My theme was an outdated model that I was reluctant to part with and Sharma went above and beyond to help make the app compatible with my existing layout. For three days, he helped me edit my code and to fix existing issues I had with my site that were unrelated to their app - these additional services were greatly appreciated and I recommend their service and program.
