Had some configuration questions and contacted support via the chat function. Karthik was very helpful and got me on-track quickly. I think this app is going to make a huge difference!

We are new to Shopify and the Globo Product Options app. Ran into a small problem during setup, not the apps fault, totally mine. I used the apps Chat Support feature and was assisted by a wonderful woman named Anne. After just a couple of minutes Anne got me all fixed up and back in business. Thanks Anne! Oh, and I highly recommend the Globo Product Options app!
