It's time to find an alternative. It's one of those apps that require just TOO much attention from me as a store owner. There is always something, but usually it's billing or admin related. Horrible support and as a bonus their fees are getting ridiculous and the latest revelation that team members can only access the app when an additional "seat" is purchased which adds up to $120 for 3 stores in our case, is just not acceptable.

Super stable, been using it for years after testing everything that was available. Support is great.

Great app! I tested every inventory app on the market (seriously, all of them). This is the only one that combines the most important features like stock sync and sales trends for MULTIPLE stores in a simple way without charging multiple hundred dollars. I've been using their App "Feed for google Shopping" since about 4 years and installed it on roughly 15 stores. I've never had an app that repeatedly made my life easier and solved my problems over and over again so easily. Their pricing model is incredibly fair, the functionality smooth and they are constantly adding new features. Their support is ON TOP, fats and efficient, even for stupid questions like the ones I'm asking :) Thanks!
