I’ve been dealing with a serious issue caused by this app for over 8 days, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. The app conflicts with other major third-party apps (like Hulk Product Options), causing duplicate cart items and double pricing. This is not a small issue it directly affects live stores, customers, and revenue. I lost potential clients because of this bug. After thorough technical investigation, I confirmed that the app triggers an additional add.js call, which results in blank duplicate items being added to the cart. When I remove the W3 Product Accessories script, the issue is immediately resolved which clearly shows where the conflict originates. Instead of working toward a real solution, support kept redirecting responsibility to the other app developer. While incompatibilities can happen, the lack of accountability and urgency was disappointing. For a paid production store app, better compatibility handling and faster resolution should be expected. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this app if you are using other product customization apps. Thank you for sharing your experience. We completely understand how stressful cart issues can be, especially when they impact live customers and revenue. For clarity, we first received your support request on February 16 and began responding the same day. While that’s a shorter timeframe than mentioned, we know that even a couple of days with a cart issue can feel much longer when your store is affected. When multiple apps modify the add-to-cart process, conflicts can sometimes occur. In those cases, duplicate or blank items can appear. It’s rarely intentional behavior from either app, but rather how the scripts interact within a specific theme setup. That said, our goal is always to work toward a solution. We’re happy to review logs, adjust how our script attaches to the cart flow, or coordinate directly with another developer to implement a compatibility fix. We genuinely want our app to work smoothly alongside others, and we’re always open to collaborating to make that happen. If you’re willing, we’d welcome the chance to continue working together and resolve this properly.

Very intuitive & easy to set up the accessories. Support is very helpful & the couple of small issues I've had over the years have been resolved quickly without hassle.

I'd like to clarify that the development services you invested in were specifically tailored to integrate a custom layout and advanced functionality into your theme and are not related to the app or the app functionality. However, approximately six weeks following the completion of our work, it came to our attention that subsequent alterations were made to your theme by another developer, resulting in the complete removal of the programming implemented by our team. While we stand by the quality of our work and remain committed to supporting it, it's important to note that we cannot be held accountable for modifications made by external parties after the fact, which may inadvertently disrupt or remove the enhancements we've implemented. With that being said, we still went back into your theme and fixed what was removed and broken by your other developer without any additional charges.

I'm a creator not a web designer, but as the owner of the company, I had to dive in and learn Shopify. When I needed to create an add-on, I found W3 Product Accessories. And when I couldn't get my products and collections to talk with one another, I reached out to them. Within the hour they had the problem fixed thanks to some screenshots on my end! Smart App and excellent customer service!!

We had a couple of issues with the accessories app which I think were due to our theme upgrade. When I explained the issues to tech support the responses were great and exactly what we needed to fix the problems, no back and forth just great collaboration. Jason from your team was really responsive and very helpful. This is something that's not common but very welcome!

We needed an app that could easily add the accessories to our product. Produce Accessories as a major homerun! Now we can quickly accomplish something that took 10 to 15 minutes for each product. When we needed a small change, W3trends was on top of the issue and had us ready to go in a VERY SHORT time! I cannot say enough good about this product or this company.

Had some hiccups with installing this on the Warehouse theme and using with Firefox. However customer service was super quick and friendly. We worked it out and everything looks great!

I use this app to display products that can be used together in sewing/costume building projects. It's a super easy app to use and it helps customers know which products they need - click on one item and you can see the other items that fit/co-ordinate with it.
Used this app to increase our add on sales, its so easy to set up and I was using it within a few minutes. Reached out to the support team to ask for a small display change and this was actioned that very evening and they kept me updated along the way. Excellent product and service thank you!

App does everything we want it to do. We noticed a duplicate add to cart error when the app was initially added but Gabriella in support was lightning quick in her responses and the turnaround for the fix was some of the quickest we've seen from a Shopify app developer. Kudos to the W3Trends team and we're looking forward to seeing what else they have in the works.
This is a great add-on! Easy to install and add the products. I had some issues and support was super fast to respond. Looking forward to adding this to more products. **UPDATE** Had some new issues arise when we switched themes, Justin was quick to respond to all of my inquires and fixed everything to help us get the app working properly. Still a highly reccomended addition to our store!

I used this app for more than a year. It is good at first and does what it advertises but not that user friendly due to the lack of import via spreadsheet. However, recently they added this ability and after using it, I'm confident to recommend this app to anyone that is looking to add multiple accessories to all the products on their site.

The app is incredible and the customer service is even better! They helped with editing the style but after I realized that editing it would not make the mobile view look good they jumped right in and cleaned it all up for me. This app works like a charm and the support is second to none. Thanks!

Just installed the app. Simple and straightforward, seems to do what it states and meets our needs. Easy to manage, though some updates could make things more streamlined. Customer service was very quick with responses and helps to sort out small bug and one style issue. Happy so far!
Great app! Really puts Accessories right in front of the customer which = them adding them to cart. Super easy to use and maintain.
Shopify's standard way to do options is to generate a bunch of variants. With the stuff we are selling this would create pages of variants, which makes them really difficult to maintain and update. W3Trends Product Accessories lets you add options to the existing product. Basically, displaying products on other product pages. Almost like 'related products'. The app is really easy to install and works really well out of the gate. However, we had to do some minor tweaks on the CSS to work with our Focal theme. Unfortunately, we do not have in house coder. So in desperation we contacted W3's support for a guide and, lo and behold, they decided to fix everything for us. All done by the next day, exactly how we want things to be... no additional compensation! 5 Stars!! *Being a Shopify app *Very reasonable cost *Ease of Installation *Great support *Great result

Easy to use and set up. Great method for cross selling as it makes it as easy as checking the box. Great idea to have the Quick View connected to it as well as the option for the accessory. Thanks to W3 for the great support adding this as well as their Product Options app.

Did exactly what we needed. It required some customization to work with our theme, but the developer offered custom theme programming (for a fee) to apply the needed changes. Highly recommended.

Support is great resolving technical issues. If you sell a lot of products already, this app is the easiest way to generate upsells.

Works well. For us, it contributed to reducing the number of questions we had if product A is compatible with this and that product. Being able to display those on the product page without having to use a popup reduced the number of questions we got. We are quite pleased with it. Support was great for helping us nicely integrating it with our theme.
There is quite a few apps that come to the top of the search when looking for a method to Upsell. The issue is, they all do it in the same way, a pop up. In my opinion this is a bit agressive and could even result in a lost conversion. What I was looking for was something subtle, an optional upsell built into the theme which would allow a customer to add an additional item if they required it. This app does just that. If you are looking for an upsell app that is simple yet efficient and meticulously thought out and designed then the W3 Product Accessories app is the way to go. I cannot praise the app enough for delivering such an easy to use and effective solution for a common requirement of shopify stores. The support team are also amazing, if you have any issues drop them a message and they will work with you to resolve them and get things up and running asap. Thanks again guys, really happy with this addition to my store.

Spent a few days testing many apps, but this one was by far the best. Very easy to install. I needed a little help concerning the styling, but W3 was more then willing to do everything for me. I highly recommend this app.

The Product Accessories app was a necessity for my web-site. After I loaded it I wanted a few changes made that would allow it flow better with my site. I called w3trends and talked to Justin. He took the time to look at my site and listen to what I wanted to do. He offered great suggestions and between the two us we came up with changes that would make my site work and flow much better. I received an email from Justin, 1 hour after we agreed on the changes to be made, telling me that they had finished the update and my site was ready to go. They did exactly what I asked for. So far the app has been working perfectly, I wish the accessories would look a bit more uniform to my page when adding them to a product though
This app is terrific and gave us so much flexibility for displaying certain accessories. We had a few bugs when setting it up and W3 were absolutely brilliant in helping us iron out all the issues. Absolutely brilliant app and better customer service!
