A2X makes one Shopify into multi-entity with different QB's an accurate and efficient process. It saves an immense amount of time having this process automated. Our advisor Manuela is so knowledgeable and helpful, she responds to any questions we have quickly and always has the answers we need. We couldn't have navigated this process without her.
A2X has honestly made my bookkeeping life so much easier! It saves me a lot of time and makes handling Shopify transactions and reconciling them in QuickBooks much less stressful. Fantastic product backed by exceptional support We’ve had a genuinely excellent experience with A2X, both in terms of the product itself and the support we’ve received from Juliet and her team. A2X is a very strong product and does exactly what you need it to do. It takes what can be a complicated area of e-commerce accounting and makes it far more structured, reliable and manageable. For us, one of the biggest benefits has been its ability to handle multiple Shopify accounts operating in different currencies and bring everything accurately into a single Xero organisation. That could easily become a very manual and messy process, but A2X has made it far simpler to manage, reconcile and report on. The integration and reporting are clear, and once properly configured it removes a significant amount of manual work from the finance process while also improving confidence in the numbers. What has particularly stood out, though, is the level of customer support. Juliet and the team have been fantastic from the outset. Response times are incredibly quick, instructions are clear and easy to follow, and they are always willing to take the time to properly understand the issue rather than simply sending a generic response. Where we have needed additional help, they have effectively held our hand through the process, explaining what needs to be done and why, and making sure everything is working correctly before moving on. That level of support makes a huge difference, particularly when dealing with multiple Shopify stores, different currencies and a more complex accounting setup. It’s rare to find a software business that combines a genuinely good product with such responsive and knowledgeable customer service. I would have no hesitation recommending A2X to any e-commerce business, accountant or finance team looking to improve the accuracy and efficiency of their accounting. A great product and an outstanding support team. Five stars.

This app is worth every penny, and has truly changed my workflow as an in-house bookkeeper. I used to spend HOURS manually making journal entries into Quickbooks, but with both the COGs and Shopify payouts features, I post to QB, go to QB, match, and bam you're done. It takes some time for initial set up, to map each account into your Quickbooks correctly, and I definitely had to figure out a few odd things, but once you get it working, it's 10000% worth your time.
A2X has an amazing support team. Dolores was incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. She provided clear guidance, investigated the discrepancies thoroughly, and quickly identified and imported the missing payouts, which resolved the variances. I also appreciated the step-by-step instructions she shared for accessing the Shopify Finance Summary reports. Her updates were clear throughout the process, and she explained the timing differences in a way that was easy to understand. Thank you, Dolores, for making the resolution so smooth and efficient!

Simply l love a2x and their support team. Any time I have an issue it is dealt with promptly and with a digital smile. To boot the a2x software is a breeze to use with Shopify and has saved us many hours of reconciliation software with our Old Neto site ---> Xero. The only thing that annoys me I didnt find this 13 years ago when we started the online journey
Good App and easy to adapt to. There's a few details to get used to with mapping and clearing accts but very helpful and reduces time to clear books! Nicole has walked me through items to get me up to speed! thx

I've been a user of A2X for about a year now and previously just used the Shopify to Xero integration. I recently decided to make the upgrade to also have the PayPal to Xero integration set up, to cut down on manual end of month reconciliation across multiple currencies with the FX variances between PP & Shopify being a bit painful. I had my complimentary 1 hour onboarding meeting with Nicole from A2X and the experience was 11/10. Super friendly, helpful and patient (actually put in the time to teach and help me understand instead of rushing through things, whilst still making the most of the time), achieved all the set up I needed and I've just been finalising the implementation and so far I'm very impressed. All her explanations were incredibly clear and instead of an awkward onboarding meeting it felt like chatting with an old friend (not your average onboarding experience). The software is also very dynamic to adapt to new scenarios and truly does make it so much easier on the end user. Thanks so much Nicole - I really appreciate it.
Such a lifesaver when it comes to ecommerce bookkeeping. Reconciling my sales channels used to take forever, but A2X makes it so easy.

I confess that adding A2X was a bit nerve wracking, but trying to handle the Shopify payouts is a nightmare. So, I went all in. What has impressed me the most is the customer service. They are there when you have a concern; right there in Chat. Not a robot, not artificial intelligence, a real person. Right here, I'm in.

WOW. I am so glad I found A2X. The integration between Shopify and Quickbooks was super easy and straight forward. Their support team is incredible too. They are super responsive and will jump a call to walk me through my questions/concerns. 10/10 recommend if you have a Shopify store. The Quickbooks Shopify Connector app is AWFUL, lol.

I was having some issues with A2X and QuickBooks, but Anas from A2X guided me through it. I really recommend the software.
I recently installed an enhanced MRP software integrated with QBO. As a result, I needed to upgrade the e-com revenue software and add functionality to reconcile Shopify and Amazon transactions into QBO. I did an extensive review of several software products. The assessment included many questions to A2X, mainly via their incredible messaging system which was VERY helpful. I decided to purchased A2X because I felt that it had, by far, the best functionality. The installation and mapping of A2X was very straight forward. But at first, I was having trouble getting the reconciliations to work, so I was a bit spectacle. Then I had the onboarding call and in 30 minutes they unlocked the full potential of the A2X functionality. A2X has created a truly remarkable software product. The reconciliation process is a complete game changer for our company. A2X is going to save us many hours of time each month! The A2X support, using the messaging system, is very good at promptly answering any ongoing questions, of which I have had few! I’m so happy with my decision to purchase A2X! I strongly recommend A2X as a total solution to tracking and reconciling e-com revenue transactions.

This app has saved me hours and hours of work, putting invoices onto my accounting systems Sage. It links my shopify sales and inputs all the data into sage and allows me to allocate deposits in seconds. Also the A2X support team are amazing, they are always on hand and responsive to every question and have talked me though the whole process. A specail thank you to Nora and Doloras who have helped me no end.
First I must say the software is amazing and any small business owner should use it. I quickly was able to connect all my JerkyNSpice channels quickly on my own, until I started Shopify which was done a bit differently and I kept getting stuck. Andrea in support was nothing short of amazing and quickly helped me troubleshoot the issues. One was even one she had never seen (feel those always happen to me! :)) but we quickly set up a shared screen and powered through it together. She was a true advisor and incredibly helpful in a short period of time. I would give her 6 stars if it was possible. Thanks A2X team!
Our transition to A2X has been extremely positive thanks to the very responsive and thorough onboarding team. We have been working with Jana and I highly recommend her. I have had several video calls with her during our transition and she always resolves my outstanding questions and makes sure everything is flowing properly from Shopify and Stripe to Quickbooks and takes the time to explain and make sure I fully understand the process which is extremely helpful. It's unusual to have such personal and invested customer service and I cannot speak highly enough about how differentiating this is. Great product with great customer service. Highly recommend.
While we had a rough start with our A2X setup, our overall experience has been excellent. Once we fully engaged with the onboarding process and clearly walked through how our business handles different payment types (credit cards, checks, COD, ACH, and terms), everything came together. The A2X team was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us get the configuration right. Their support helped us understand both the software and the accounting flow behind it, and we now have a system that reconciles cleanly and saves significant time each month. Tip for new users: take full advantage of onboarding and be very detailed about your workflows—it makes all the difference.

A2X is incredible. Very detailed, very helpful customer service. We could not do this without them. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. If you are a new business, don't cut corners with this. We tried to use the QB integration for retail sales and it was a mess. Once we added A2X it was so clean.

I was sort of skeptical of allowing software to post to quickbooks for me, but honestly this software is very detail oriented and creates really clean journal entries and was super simple to set up! But, where they really shine is their customer service! They are always available and have an incredible support team that seems really knowledgable about both accounting AND the software. Truly refreshing to get this type of amazing support!
I have used A2X in the past, and decided to give it another shot because of the ability to map to accounts rather than only to Products/Services like many similar softwares require, which creates issues and unneccessary complexity for our business. I am SO happy that I did, I have seen many huge improvements with the software functionality and the UI/UX is by far the best of the many that I have tried for a variety of businesses. What stands out the most is the Customer Service - the Support Bot is pretty spot on, but when it isn't or when I need more customized help, the team is always quick, helpful, and super kind. Definitely an A2X user for life now and have recommended it to several other accountants since doin the most recent implementation.

I was having trouble transferring access to this handy tool after an accountant left, and initially just tried to do things myself because I rarely have an experience with support that is anything more than frustrating. When I hit a wall, I clicked the icon in the lower right of the site, got routed to Kim through their AI assistant, and she helped me resolve the issue even though it required a couple days to get all the way there. Restored my faith in humanity.
A2X save us HOURS worth of manual reconciliation of our 9 figure business. It is worth the cost 100 times over. If we run into any issues the team is there to help within minutes.

The customer support I received from A2X is world class! There is no cutting corners and they genuinely want to help not just offer cheap outsourced help desks. On the contrary the support I received from Kim Pacy was amazing. She was very patient, supportive and kind. She genuinely wanted to support me. She made it fun. I always felt welcome. I trusted her to help me and I did not have to jump from one person to another. She was the one who emailed me and the one who met with me online when we needed to go over things. We’re still in the setup phase with A2X, but so far, everything’s been going really well. The tool looks like it’s going to make our e-commerce accounting so much easier. What really stands out is the support. Jana and Jessica have been amazing! Super responsive, kind, and really know their stuff. They’ve made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming. Great product and great customer service. I use a few of these types of programs for various customers and A2X is by far the best. It is a little pricier, but worth it for the functionality and customer service, especially if you are tracking COGS without inventory. Highly recommend.
A2X has been a huge help in organizing and categorizing our finance reports in QuickBooks, especially with our Shopify transactions. It saves us a lot of time by automating the process and ensuring our records are accurate. Their support team is also very approachable and responsive—they’ve helped us resolve variances and provided clear guidance whenever we needed it.

I can't praise this app enough. First of all the assistance in setting this up for a non-accountant skilled business owner was great but most importantly is once the app is setup it saves hours, and I mean hours. In our busy months we ship out hundreds of orders every day, which used to mean manually reconciling the orders. Paypal was the worse. Now it's all completed in a matter of moment. If you think the app is pricey work on the cost benefit it provides to you/your business. It saves me hours every month which is well worth the cost and freedom it provides to run and grow your business.
I have used A2X for two months now to integrate Xero with eBay, Amazon and Shopify. Lana, Jennifer and Nora have been great, they are responsive and proactive, and my issues are resolved quickly. This app makes bookkeeping quick and simple. Two small issues I have found is that using 3rd party apps in Shopify may cause issues surrounding taxable/non taxable products. And PayPal settlements may be an issue if you’re working with multiple currencies. Both of these issues are worked around with manual adjustments. A2X has still been such a time saver overall so I would definitely recommend. Edit: With their new PayPal integration there are now no problems with PayPal settlements in multiple currencies. 2 years on, the support team are still 5 star, excellent customer service and accounting knowledge, they are so helpful and responsive.

Very useful service which saves us a lot of time monthly processing all of the Shopify sales directly into our accounting software. All of the journals always match 100%. If the mapping is done correctly there is literally nothing to worry about apart form reconciling the bank monthly. They have a very helpful customer support as well in case there are any issues within the balance sheet or clearing account. Available on call or email. I would recommend it to anyone using Shopify or Amazon.

If you have a large Chart of Accounts, it takes a while to set up - but it is well worth it. The detailed allocation of transactions to individual accounts saves large amounts of time - particularly if you use multiple payment gateways in Shopify. And the support is very responsive. They answer most questions quickly and never hesitate to explore more complex questions. I also worked with Nicole at A2X on some pretty complex questions about switching from our old financial system to Xero + A2X. She is a real gem. Extremely knowledgeable and no question was too big or too small.
Excellent app for businesses looking to accurately report their sales. This app is particularly great if you sell both domestically and internationally! We had a few issues in setting up our mappings- and also had quite a few questions, however John was a legend and provided ample support in a very timely matter. Thank you team!
