We’ve been using AMP Back in Stock for years. We’ve tried a few alternatives, but this remains our favourite. The team is responsive and always happy to connect, work through ideas and explore improvements. The first-in, first-out notification controls and the flexibility to customise templates with HTML and Liquid are standout features for us. A great app backed by a helpful, engaged team.

A2X team support is very helpful. Quick to respond, provides update and resolve issues smoothly. Kudos to the entire team especially to John who handle concerns in excellent manner every time.

Shoplift support is fantastic — responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in customer success. The platform itself works really well and makes running A/B tests seamless. That said, the subscription fees can feel steep unless you have a consistent pipeline of A/B test sprints ready to go. It would be great to see a more flexible pricing model that caters to brands who test in bursts or on a more ad hoc basis.

By far and away the best Wishlist app. Integration was seamless (thank you Alex) and we have had zero issues in the 5+ years we've been using the app. Customers love it, the back end is intuitive and the continual rollout of features has been great. The support team is epic and super efficient too.

Refundid has been hugely impactful for our business over the past few years. If you are seeking an affordable returns solution that can automate the returns process for you and your customers, PLUS the ability to offer instant refunds to your customers.. this is the app for you. Joel and the support team are incredible and will see you set up seamlessly in no time. They constantly release new features and are a far better-priced solution than other returns platforms with lesser features. If returns are part of your business, Refundid should be too.

If you aren't using AirPower to manage your product data, you're doing it all wrong. The apps potential is almost unlimited once you start delving deeper into AirTable. Support is A+ and will do most of the heavy lifting for you, of which there isn't much! I can't recommend it more highly and only wish I had found it earlier

This app does exactly what we need it do. Just as importantly they are a genuine business partner in the support they provide.
