Just starting but like how easy it was to begin. Tutorials were also a great source of information.

OK UPDATE SHOPIFY WILL FREEZE MY STORE for the $2,499.99, a plan that I happened to click on before the free trial ends! I can’t even email them. I want to change my plan so I don’t show ads on my site. I hope they don’t charge me! I want to pay my new plan now so i don’t display ads. How do I reach you?? Update: they emailed me, hope to see sales. If I do see sales I’ll come back for 5 stars , this might be my favorite app so far. Looks bad and sketchy / spammy. Rasy to set up my first campaign, excited to see results
Just got started and it was very easy to setup everything. I will update this information when I start to se numbers and all is confirmed. But this app seems great and is very easy to use.

I haven't received any sales yet from the ads, but I do get several clicks each day. I am going to upgrade to the next plan to see if that works better.
Numbers doesnt ad up! I am getting some very strange numbers. According to Adeagle, I get some visitors, but they never show up in the stats from Shopify. e.g. today Adeagle says I had 14 impressions and 25 clicks. But in reality I only had 4 visitors today and 2 of them are from Adeagle. On top of that, both those 2 visits are from USA and I do not have USA as target country. I have reach out to their support, but get no answers. Guess I am paying $29.99 for nothing. Finally got an answer from their support. Unfortunately, it was kind of a standard answer, that did not address the issue. It was just a long winded explanation, saying that "dont trust the numbers in Shopify" Update... Their support are now looking into it. Hi Jakob, Thank you for your review and for openly sharing your experience - we truly appreciate the feedback. We've been in direct contact with you over email and have been actively investigating the issue you reported. It turns out that one of our ad network partners had some temporary technical problems, which caused inconsistencies in how traffic was tracked. On top of that, part of the issue was also due to the ad network running internal checks on the campaign. This included automatic systems clicking the banners to inspect how your product pages load and look - a standard procedure used to ensure quality and functionality. These checks were unfortunately counted as clicks on our side, but didn't show up in Shopify Analytics since Shopify filters out this kind of non-customer traffic. That's completely understandable on their part, and we should've filtered those clicks out as well. That was a mistake on our side, and we're already making improvements to avoid reporting this kind of traffic in the future. As for the general difference between our numbers and Shopify's: a single person can click several products in your ad, which may show as multiple clicks in Adeagle, but still appear as one visit in Shopify, as this is the same session of a particular user. This is expected behavior, though we're always happy to explain the differences and improve how we display data. We also want to clarify that we never said "don't trust the numbers in Shopify." Our goal was simply to explain the tracking differences and offer help understanding them. We completely understand your frustration and have already offered a full refund. I've been testing Adeagle for a few days and am impressed with how much relevant traffic it van generate. I will definitely continue using Adeagle and recommrnd the app to all Shopift stores.
It is very easy to use and has great functionality
Adeagle put advertisements for other websites at the bottom of my pages. I did not consent to this. I am trying to sell my products - not products for someone else. I do not recommend.

We also attempted to use the contact form on your store and sent replies from different email addresses, but with no success. "Zero to power N Stars"-Worst. Unacceptable, Unethical and Unprofessional I subscribed Professional Plan for my store chefio.co. Its 1 month and only 37000 impression against claimed 70000. This is a open scam and cheating customers. Unacceptable, Unethical and Unprofessional . Very very bad practise. Worst decision to use this service. Stay away from this service. Thank you for sharing your feedback and we apologise for any confusion or frustration you've experienced. However, I believe there has been some misunderstanding. If you checked the data on your Dashboard, then as the default option it only shows the impression count for the last 2 weeks. After checking the number of impressions for the period of 12.12.2023 - 9.01.2024 (27 days), I can confirm that your account received 62,881 impressions in this period. This is inline with your impression pool of 70,000 and you should achieve it in 30 days of using the subscription. Hope this clarifies but please reach out to our support if you have any other questions.
If you want useless traffic, this app is for you. If you want sales, then this app is Not for you. Tested the app out on one of their highest plans Premium (using my best selling product on other platforms and did not get 1 sales from it. Something is wrong here. The traffic and conversions were nothing and the cost is just too much. This didn't work for me, i hope it works for you.
Creating my first campaign was easy. I'd recommend this application to anyone. The way it is posted is very easy.
Purchase the lower plan (professional) to try it out and didn't get very good clicks so I thought I would try to premium plan where my merchandise will be sent to different ad places. I quickly found out conversions are not there. I have not received any sales or even any sign ups to my website and the visits are very low. I do understand you can't make a customer purchase but for the price I thought it would be a better quality of customers. I did contact customer support just in case it was user error on my part with no response. The app would be great if the conversions and quality traffic were there. scammers ADVISOTS AND APPLICATIONS , they just take your money and make alots of errors in store. so take care wtih this APP Hi, you reached out to us via chat just after installing the app. We asked you 3 times during our conversation what kind of problem are you facing and if you can describe the issue. You didn't reply to the question once, but instead started to answer with random sentences. We also reached out 2 times via email afterwards to ask about the issue, but you also didn't answer. Instead, just a couple of minutes after the chat you left this review. For the context: you were on a free plan, so you were not charged any money in any way, and you didn't use the app. Please answer our mails, if you want our help with the app.

I like this funtion EXCLUDE AD CATEGORIES You can choose to exclude some ad categories on your website, if you decide they don't fit your store's content. Remember, however, that the more ads you are able to display, the more your products will be featured in other stores.
It's easy to set up new campaign. Good app to advertise your products in others webs. Thanks for the free option

It is Easy to use. no experience needed. Just created my first campaing. I'm waiting to see if it works.
Clicks from countries that were not selected. For instance, we are a small business just starting out, we ship products in the US & to Canada. I selected those countries, the app promises location based... I get 3 clicks, I then go to the analytics in my Shopify dashboard for the location of the 3 clicks and the locations were Germany, Ukraine, Jaipur.. So where are my ads being displayed?? I couldn't take it, day after day the same thing; clicks from locations I didn't select or more clicks in Adeagle dashboard than in the Shopify dashboard too many discrepancies in the data. I canceled and they wouldn't give me a full refund, all of a sudden they mention an activation fee, when an activation fee was never mentioned before.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Have you checked the sources of these visitors from different countries? Traffic from our app will always have utm_source=adeagle, so that's how you can recognize it. If you could check it, then we are happy to investigate further. We always refund for the unused days of the subscription and the unused ad budget. However, serving ads in different ad exchanges incurs costs on our side, that's why we couldn't refund you for what you already had spent. Activation fee is always charged for all of our merchants.
This app is really easy to use. A lot of apps are really complex, but not this one. Thanks for that!

Horrible app. Didn't advertise my business like I thought it would. The app did not work how it should have; true disappointment.
