This app has major configuration issues. No settings section either. Not a good experience. After installing app and seeing the issues I immediately uninstalled it, however the company took a whole months fee and has not returned it even after my request.
The app developer was able to resolve an issue to my satisfaction and I appreciate the help they provided and I continue to use that app which is a nice app. Thank you for updating your review and please don't hesitate to reach out to us when you need help in the future.
I enjoy the app but the company does not answer inquiries even after numerous attempts. NOT APPRECIATED. Hi, thank you for your review. We saw your emails and tried to respond to each one, but unfortunately, our replies to your email address (sales@oldwhippersnappers.com) have all bounced. We also attempted to use the contact form on your store and sent replies from different email addresses, but with no success. Site keeps asking me to have them verify shopify account. After around 10 requests with no action I GIVE UP! Poor customer service. Hi there, we've been waiting on your reply! The apps developer is very helpful in assisting with the implementaton of this subscription system. I have tried a few subscription apps and this one far exceeds all others I have tried.

Like all their apps this app is excellent and well formatted. The developers are also very professional which I appreciate.
The app appears to have some good things going for it. However there are some negatives that need resolving; first and foremost the emails that the app sends to new affiliates need to have an edit feature. Currently the wording is not editable and comes across a bit overbearing and pushy with crazy looking emojis which is not conducive to sites that cater to older and more professional clientele.

Thank you for your review. Although currently you cannot edit the text in our out of the box email sequence, we do encourage merchants who want to customize this text to use our Klaviyo integration (or other ESPs through Zapier such as Mailchimp or Omnisend) which allows you to fully customize every aspect of the emails sent to your affiliates. If interested, a team member would be more than happy to help set this up for you. We do plan on building an in app email editor down the road. - Noah

Customer support is phenomenal. It doesn't get any better than cedcommerce! I really appreciate all the help they provided me.
This app is the best of its kind and the support is incredible! Real Fast! I would suggest it for use with any shopify store.
