We were looking for an app to properly handle customer reorders since Shopify has no interest in fixing their account portal so that it will add the reordered items to the cart correctly. We tried this app to create our own reordering page and it met most of our needs. For a small, nominal fee they did some customizations for us that made it a perfect fit. Plus they are very quick to respond and completed the customizations very quickly. I would highly recommend! Excellent app and outstanding support We recently updated Advance Reorder on MagicMedical.com, which still uses Shopify’s legacy customer accounts. The reorder function worked, but the account-page layout needed correction. Srishti was extremely responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. She fixed the display issue and made an additional improvement that left the page looking even better than before. Our customer was very happy with the final result. Very simple and allows customers to customize which products they want to reorder from past orders and update quantities. Great app, Fantastic support! The app didn't quite work with the custom code we have in our store that helps up create case sizes. For a small fee, the app created a way so that their app integrated with our code, making it so easy for customers to reorder! So nice that they were willing to work with us and our revisions until we were happy :)

Works well to add reorder functionality. Installation was quick but does require a simple theme code edit.

This App is fantastic for stores with customers coming back on a regular basis for replenishments. Its a functionality that no other App offers as far as we know. As we have a custom theme, one function didn't automatically set up as we added the App to our website - the Support Team immediately helped us with our issue and resolved it in no time!

Just installed the app and the support is just great - few minor bugs caused due to my theme, solved instantly.

We have been a Shopify merchant for 8+ years and rely heavily on our 3rd party app developers. We installed "Repeat Order" recently needing to find ways to make the ordering process easier for our customers. The app has done what we expected. We had to work with the support team to get some early issues resolved and they were good to work with. Would have like to have live chat as a support option, but email did get the job done.

For $5 a month to make it easy for my repeat purchasers, yes please! Their tech support was top notch as well.

This app really delivers on its promise. Easy to set up and provides so much value by allowing customers to repeat their orders in three clicks. Very useful in crowded marketplaces like my own where customers often procrastinate. Moreover, the software team really takes feedback seriously, we have a custom checkout implementation and asked for an adjustment to avoid going straight to Shopify checkout missing important information we use to set up the order; these guys evaluated it and updated the app in a matter of hours. Really amazing guys, thanks and keep it up!

I've tried to install the app but couldn't get it to work. However, I contacted the support and asked them if they would install the app for me - which they were only too happy to do. Result...a brilliant reordering system is now fully functional in my customers' account area. UPDATE: A WEEK LATER THIS APP CAUSED MAJOR ISSUES WITH MY NAVIGATION MENU, STOPPED IT WORKING AND ISSUES WITH SCROLLING UP AND DOWN MY SITE TOO! SO ADVISED BY SHOPIFY TO DELETE! DONE. FURTHER UPDATE. I'll get back in touch with the app developers in a couple of days and see if we can reinstall - see how it goes as I really did like the app (it was my favourite actually).

I was wanted to configure this app on my website and tried my self by following the instructions are shown in the FAQ. Unfortunately, my bad luck because I'm not well with coding. So I went to the support team and asked them for configuration. They did it very fast.

The re-order capability is great. But.. - if there are items in the cart already, they disappear if the re-order is used - once the re-order is used, the customers cannot add or amend items in the cart It would be great if this functionality could be added - but the developer says its in the pipeline and will be there in 15 days (so around 31 Dec 2018) EXCELLENT support via their chat function, I'm still incredulous, they rock.
